The founder of the brand earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University in 2006. She spent several years working in the music industry before opening a chain of flower shops in 2014. However, after becoming a mother, she began to think more about nutrition and mental health. This led her to explore alternative and holistic approaches to health and ultimately to the creation of the BeVVell brand. In 2021, she became a certified health coach after completing her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition at Cornell University.
